Who controls your data

Accelerated Progress Unlimited (APU) is the data controller for the ECG Rhythm Trainer app.

What we collect

• Account details from whichever sign-in provider you use (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn or Apple) - your name and email address, or an Apple private relay address if you choose to hide your email.
• Your practice results: which rhythms and shock decisions you were asked, whether you answered correctly, and how long you took.
• Your subscription status, from RevenueCat.
• If you opt in to the leaderboard, a display name you choose.

We do not collect health data about you, only training performance. We do not collect precise location, contacts, or device identifiers beyond your platform (Android or iOS).

Why we use it, and our legal basis

To provide the app's core features (practice sync, streaks, CPD records) under contract with you. Leaderboards are optional and run on legitimate interests, since you choose to opt in.

Who else sees it

Hostinger (our hosting provider), RevenueCat (subscriptions), and whichever of Apple, Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn you use to sign in. None of them see your practice results - those stay with us.

How long we keep it

Your practice history is kept until you delete your account. If you delete your account, everything is removed, including from backups by rotation, within 30 days.

Your rights

You can export everything we hold on you, or delete your account entirely, from within the app at any time.
